Top 10 WNBA Players 2024

On April 7, the 2023–2024 NCAA Women’s College Basketball season ended when South Carolina defeated Iowa 87–75 to win the NCAA Women’s Championship.

American professional basketball player Chelsea Nichelle Gray plays for the Las Vegas Aces of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).

She was the eleventh pick in the 2014 WNBA draft but missed the 2014 WNBA season due to injury. She debuted with the Connecticut Sun in the 2015 WNBA season.

Chelsea won her first WNBA title with the Los Angeles Sparks in 2016.

Afterward, she joined the Las Vegas Aces and won her second title in the 2022 WNBA Finals. She was also named the Finals MVP.

In her final season for Notre Dame, she was named ESPN’s women’s college basketball player of the year. She scored 1,909 points in her college career.

She was voted into the 2018 WNBA All-Star Game during the 2018 season.

Jewell Loyd played for Galatasaray in Turkey during the 2015–16 offseason.

Likewise, she played for the Shanxi Flame of the Chinese League, Guri KDB Life Winnus of the Korean League, and Perfumerías Avenida of the Spanish League during offseasons.

The Las Vegas Aces selected her as the first overall pick in the 2019 WNBA draft. She was subsequently named to the WNBA All-Rookie Team.

She graduated from Princeton Community High School and played college basketball for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Jackie competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics and won a women’s 3×3 basketball gold medal. In 2022, she won a national professional WNBA championship.

Nonetheless, she played in Israel for A.S. Ramat Hasharon for the 2020–21 season.

The Los Angeles Sparks traded Jonquel’s draft rights for Chelsea Gray and two draft picks, and the Connecticut Sun acquired her in 2016.

She became the starting center for the Sun and had a breakout second season in 2017. She was selected for the 2017 WNBA All-Star Game and received the Most Improved Player Award.

Nonetheless, Jonquel requested a trade out of Connecticut and was dealt to the New York Liberty during the offseason before the 2023 WNBA season.
